2. Share your idea
Tell us the name or wording, colors, theme, quantity, and any event date that matters. For an emergency contact keychain, please ask how to share contact details securely before sending personal information.
3. Confirm the details and pay
We’ll discuss your request and expected timing. Full payment is due when you place your order. Please check spelling and other details carefully. You can cancel for a full refund before we begin designing or making your custom item. Once work begins, custom orders can’t be canceled for a change of mind.
4. We make and ship your piece
