Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. We hope to offer shipping to Canada and Mexico in the future, but international shipping is not available yet.

Production time

Custom items generally take about 1–2 weeks to make, depending on the item and its customizations. This is production time before shipping, not a guaranteed delivery date. We’ll discuss timing for your particular order before production begins.

Shipping and delivery

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery time after shipment depends on the shipping service and destination. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct.

Delays and questions

If we expect to miss an agreed shipping date, we’ll contact you about the delay and your options, including a refund where required by law. For questions about an order, please contact us with your order number.
